I recently returned to my car to discover someone had hit my wing mirror causing the plastic cover behind the mirror to break off.My electronic mirror still seems to work but i didnt know if you could get the plastic covers or if i would have to renew the whole unit.So in the nutshell can the plastic casings around a wing mirror be replaced?
Thanks for any replies.

astraman, I take it you have an astra. I can only tell you that I had the same problem a while ago i have a subaru justy. Both my wing mirrors were broken off overnight outside my front door The yobs that did it have no respect for someones property. They cost me 100 pound each side. And I am a pensioner on a limited income. Best of luck.
Try a google search I managed to replace a mirror that some pond life had kicked off my daughters saxo off E bay brand new and a lot cheaper than Citroen.
you should be able to buy just the mirror cover from definagtely vauxhall but possibly shops like euro car parts, cv panels, a-panels, imperial car panels but beware if it is colour coded it will come only with primer you will need to arrange for it to be painted.
