Recording problem

I have a dvd player in my computer, but find that it will not play-back the discs that I record on my Philips DVD recorder. I have tried formatting them as per the handbook to no avail. anyone got any...

I have an Epson Stylus printer.( Color 440 ) When I want to find out the amount of ink left in the cartridge I need to click on the cartridge symbol. Nothing is happening, anyone got any ideas. Thanks
