between 6 and 8 pts and a fine plus court costs.

thanks for speedy response, was worried about a ban, attempting to get license before court date,
You will get a ban, regardless of when you get your license.

Driving without insurance: 6-8 points

If you were driving unaccompanied, you will also be done with driving other than in accordance with your license: 3-6 points

No Insurance = 6 to 8 Points

Driving Whilst Unaccomapnied = 3 to 6 points

Driving without L Plates = Will make offence look worse

You will also get a fine plus court costs. Even if you get your Full Driving licence before your court date this will not make a difference because the offence took place whils you still held a provisional licence.

Sorry for the bleak outlook!!!
