I'm afraid there are no 'easy' ways to do this as it is a strip down procedure. But having said that, head gasket replacements are not impossiblycomplicated as long as you have a bible (haynes manual) and a sound mechanical knowledge.

Easiest way is take it to a garage and get a mechanic to do it, and if my memory serves me right they usually have the head skimmed

Be very carefull when attempting this job because if my memory serves me correctly from my days as a Peugeot master tech at was rarely just a headgasket the head used to crack in the inlet ports. The cyl head is more or less scrap if this is the case
