Sounds like the clutch is on its way out. They are hydraulic so cannot be adjusted. They should cost under 300 quid to have the clutch replaced including Labour and Vat. LuK Make the original clutch so ask the garage for an LuK clutch. No need to buy from a main dealer. Go to a good independant garage. If you are in Luton / Leicester / Sheffield / Bristol then i know some very good independant garages there (where the dealers take their clutches to be done). Let me know.
