Mondeo 1.8 Zetec Estate Transmission Noise.

My car has 46000 on the clock. It makes a terrible clunk when starting up. Noisey on acceleration and decelleration..metalic clunk again. Continuous noise on overrun. Noise( Rattling) low down at back...
