Hi, I have a Ford Mondeo and drove through some flood water last week. Since then everytime I press down on the clutch pedal I can hear a revving/whirling noise. Does anyone know what this could be, and how I can solve it. Not sure if it will go or just get worse! Thank you in advance....

Sounds like the clutch release bearing if cars nowadays still have them - might get worse -might not.
