hi , just bought a ford 6000 cd player from a boot sale , all is ok with it,just one little problem ,when i first put in my car it showed the registration number and model of car it was originally in ,anyway of of resetting this or replacing it with my own number ,thanks .

no I don't think so, if there was it would defeat the purpose of having the Reg no in the 1st place. Would only be a problem if that particular stereo was reported stolen.
