morning, Tuesday already, the days are going too fast for my liking. I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have anything planned for today?

I have some washing to do and a food delivery coming between 12-1pm. After that i should be able to relax a bit. Then i will go over the last remaining things to do before tomorrow.

Today's forecast for the capital is a lowly 8c, it's got a lot colder, with cloud cover....

i remember it as a sunday tea time treat, i don't think i would buy any now.

I remember spam fritters ,not a good memory though

Further I remember spam came in large tubular cans to be sliced , battered then deep fried, my dad called them “elephants footprints”
Again not a thing I would eat now

me neither, i think spam was introduced as a means of filling you up in the war years, though i could be wrong about that.....

i will have some wholemeal bread and blackcurrant jam, i can't drink milk, so don't have cereals.
