the central locking on my 1998 rover 214 bubble shape rover has stopped working no clicks sounds nothing any ideas

check that the fuse for central locking system has'nt blown.

Is the battery in the remote OK? or do you mean it won't even lock with the key.

there is a new battery in remote . it wont centraly lock with key but i will check the fuses to morrow thanks for ideas
