What would you wish to see on w/e TV?

Due to the abysmal programmes on w/e TV, what types of programmes would you like to see on your screens at the w/e?

I would like to see a programme made up of acts preformed by the great artists of the past, the likes of who we will never see again.

A good "who's done it"

A film classic.

And maybe a good new quiz type of programme, but nothing like recent ones that have been on.

I like programmes like Silent Witness...

I also like 8 out of 10 cats...and, Mock the Week.

If there is nothing of interest on I'll watch the comedy channel....but these can often be repeats. Which is a shame. The I switch to the cooking programmes....

Sunday night at the London Palladium - It got very tired towards the end but would be great to see re vamped.

I agree masma, there are no variety shows on now, only reality ones.

I'd like to see really good dramas and films.

more good drama and comedy. i would love to see more of mock the week and buzzcocks stuff like that

The Good Old Days, I loved that. Decent costume dramas and some of the old really funny comedies.

Anyone remember Armchair theatre and Play of the Week? In the main, they were pretty good.

Yes I remember them, they were better than most we get nowadays. I use like the Whitehall Farce with Brian Rix, and other theatre plays.
