I was a Beatles fan. but enjoyed all the great music. The Rolling Stones and Jimmi Hendrix were some of the best.

Question Author

I've loved the Stones from the first time I saw and heard them William.  Liked Hendrix.  Liked the Beattles but my enthusiasm waned.  Except for George who for me was the best of them.

Mona Lisa. Nat King Cole. Eloise. Paul Ryan. Certain Elvis.

I chose to occasionally listen to classical music for preference.

Wild Thing - The Troggs (loved Reg Presley)

More or less anything by The Kinks

I'm going to enjoy going through all these.

I appreciate all genres of good music.

Retro, I've now got that as an earworm.  Sparks is still going strong.  Saw them on the tele recently.  I can't remember the programme though.

Dock of the Bay - Otis Reading

Stand by Me - Ben E King

My first choice on this thread reminds me of the best time of my life, between  19 and 25.  Then I got married.  Love him dearly but wish I hadn't married so young.  Another 10 years of no responsibilities would have been good.

Gosh CL. I hope you can get some drops for that. :-)

Not long after I got married my dear young S.I.L died of Leukaemia at 21years. She had just started a new job as a BA Stewardess. My wife and I with her brothers will be going to the Clent Hills to commerate 40 years since she died. Clent Hill was where she enjoyed horse riding.I inherited all her Sparks collection but only play them alone as it brings a few tears to my wife's eyes. I may record and bring some to our hotel where we are staying.

I am now unable to C&P links but just listened to them on Youtube

That's so sad Retro.  I had a cousin who died of leukemia at 21, a year after she got married.  She was beautiful.  I was about 11 when she died.
