The end parade was very good how they kept the horses under control was crazy

There were two men in red and yellow walking alongside the carriage on the way to Westminster Abbey - their eyes were everywhere and they were not always in step, so I wondered if they were security men who had been made to wear the uniform to prevent them standing out?

You are most likely to be correct lankeela. In my day , though, it would be one liveried coachman riding on the back of the principle’s carriage.
