Is anyone else fed up with Daphne in Eggheads, saying ooh! I dont know this one but I will have a guess, giggles, because she knows she is going to be right.Why doesn't she just give the answer, and save me getting het up!.and will someone please tell Kevin to smile. there I feel better now.

Totally agree grannie, I could slap Daphne she irritates me so much. She's so conniving with that sugary smile hiding a determination of titanium. Grrr
Bring back CJ, at least he showed human traits.

I agree grannie, I don't like Daphne much either -the silly shaky voice to start with! and bring back CJ to replace Dave! Wasn't the young man who won the £29,000 the other day, good? - I don't watch every day, but it seems to me that several of the recent winners have been one against the five eggheads. He seemed very cool and calm.

I was on a Fifteen-to-One Grand Final with her, and she got her first two questions wrong and had to sit down. She was annoying even back then !

I agree with you - can I slap Daphne after you do Prudie?! She seems like what I heard the Queen Mother was once described as "like a marshmallow on the outside, but laced with arsenic".
