According to Wikipedia:
"The card is now no longer needed to process transactions, however employees are encouraged to make as few sales as possible without the card".

No just give them your postcode. They say they need it to send you offers but I have never had any. I went there yesterday and they didn't even ask for my postcode.

I was there a couple of days ago with (my card), I think they will allow you through if you tell them first.
