Funny how single dads are always held up to be heroes, yet single mums are vilified.

Also funny how scores of women rush about trying to help single fathers in practical ways, while there is only one way scores of men think of helping a single mother.

Brilliant drama I shall really miss it (and miss ogling David Tennant as well!!) Glad it had a happy ending. I thought Suranne Jones was excellent too.

I liked the ending - it wasn't too mushy. It was nice to see David Tennant in a totally different role.

Wasn't into Dr Who. Not my sort of thing at all. The ending was just perfect Salla, as you say not too mushy! I just loved the little girl. Quite endearing in a very different way.

Great actor - but a bit too skinny for me. Suranne Jones is superb too.

not a great fan of david tennant, at times i thought hes was overacting, the background music at times was ott, but really enjoyed the series,my overall impression was he was not a great father, but must be very virile, as every woman "he looked at " got pregnant. all in all very good series.

I enjoyed this programme and it made me see David Tennant in a whole new light as I wouldn't of been a fan of him before..

I've never like David Tennant but he was good in this and Suranne Jones was excellent - and a nice happy ending too! 'Little House' next weekend looks a good one to watch!

It was good but I thought predictable,would have have been a better twist if Suranne Jones had told him she had found someone else.

when she was standing there at the gate, and the removal man had finished, i was half expecting her new man to appear and put his arm around her shoulder and affectionately give her a kiss as david tennant stood there infront of them, not knowing what to say ..or do..
