im only a quarter of the way through, so cant really give you any scores on the doors at the min, but from what others have said about it, i reckon it could be a good 9! ;o)
If you like a good novel I can recommend Lesley Pearce Charity. Read it on Holiday.
Also really like Marina Lewycka's books- Two Caravans (also published as Strawberry Fields), A Short History of Tractors in Ukrainian and We Are All Made of Glue

I heard him on Desert Island Disc the other Sunday....Very honest, open chap. enjoyed it
I'm reading the Girl Who played With Fire, I'm finding it pretty hard going to be honest, some of the chapters are so laboured and laden with corporate detail it's dull, but I enjoyed the film of the first in the series and so i decided to read the second one as the film is on it's way.
I'm reading The 19th Wife by David Ebershoff..........
martina coles - 'the know' is good
Question Author
Ahhh. I know of them Sophie, been recommended elsewhere..... We are spoilt for choice when it comes to books....To be honest I have about 4 stacked ready to go.....but I wanted something lighthearted this time round. Did anyone read "A lond Way Down" by Nick Hornby....something like that would suit me at the moment
I doubt any of mine would be suitable, mazie. I've just finished reading Marcus Trescothick's autobiography, called Coming Back To Me. I'm now on with a bit of sword and sorcery with Rides A Dread Legion by Raymond E. Feist.

If you like a good laugh have a look at Tom Holt

or
Robert Rankin
