as you are housebound due to the bad weather? I am as i'm not really
a television fan , and have run out of reading material .....
Hope it stops soon ,as the cat has to go for her chemo Tuesday ...
I'm housebound due to the snow.....I've only been out once since the 18th December. The daughter rang this morning from NZ where she is on holiday as she had just seen a news bulletin out there about the UK weather, and I got the usual "don't you dare go out" as she is worried that I'll slip and break something.
The dog is due a haircut on Tuesday but the groomer rang this a.m. as she'd guessed i couldn't get out and she is coming to pick him up now.
I'm not bored because I am doing some family tree, but I am FROZEN. My feet are like blocks of ice. I am considering going on the home gym to get the circulation going.
We've had at least 9 inches of snow and there is now a blizzard ..
my neighbour has carers in and they are struggling to get to her .
Roll on warm weather ....
But theonlyone you have the whole world at your finger tips! You can read a novel, play some games, watch a film/program/news/documentary/funny vids etc... learn a new recipe/language talk on many forums, draw, write a story/poem, watch webcams from around the world.....The possibilities truly are endless!
No snow here...I'm bored because West Brom played last night, there's no footie on so I can't have it on the radio, until Blues v Man U, and the nipper is reading a book!
I haven't left the house since 7th December but do have lots of books to read. I'm re-reading my Stephen King collection, though I'm watching the darts at the moment. I'm stocked up with vodka so everything's ok.
