Does anybody know the name of music currently being used for the trailer for the BBC Prom?

After much net searching,and scratching of the little grey cells I have discovered that is:~
Rachmaninoff Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini (18th Variation)

According to the (very helpful) guys at the BBC Information Office it is:
Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No1,2nd Movement.
