I'm having lubina a la sal (seabass cooked in a salt crust) with new potatoes and veggies.

You must be feeling better NM. I'm not cooking today. Sending hubby out to get fish and chips.
Cottage Pie, cauliflower followed by locally grown strawberries, blueberries and cream.

Lubina .......sounds good.
chilli and rice
Tuna and tom sauce with pasta. ( not too much as am still full of cake from yesterday )
spicy chicken and a packet of love hearts
Sweet and sour chicken, with saffron rice. Followed by pears and peppermint icecream.

I love hot chilli with rice.

I like octopus (pulpo) too..........but on toast?

Naomi - I made a victoria sponge the other day, and I think I've eaten too much of it today!

roast ham, n.pots, asparagus drizzled with butter & piccalili. Followed by upside down pear pie.

Hey tambo! I love the new pots you get over here. They are far creamier than the ones back in UK. I always toss them in butter, rock salt and freshly chopped dill and chives. YUM.
Spaghetti Carbonara with chicken and garlic bread. May be some home made wedges as well.
I thought we were on pizza, then i gleefully remembered the rump steaks i got yesterday (reduced from work, but what the hell!) so now we're on the steaks, new potatoes and he's on green beans and im on sprouts (what? I love em-ok?) . The small one is on supernoodles and sausage rolls, all she'll eat lately, the fussy little sod.

Seabass cooked in a salty crust? I walked pass a tramp today and his armpits were cooked in and unwashed cakey crust,there was also a fishy smell emitting from this fellow,he was literally clearing the streets of all living things,plants were instantly wilting and turning brown,birds were falling from the sky,folk were letting out blood curdling screams as they grabbed they're mouths and noses as their nasal receptors were attacked an overcome by this fellows unholy stench........tell me your kitchen is'nt this bad?

My kitchen is spotless you daft sod! lol

The salt crust is made from whisking egg whites til firm and then folding in Maldon salt flakes. Cover the seabass with the 'meringue' and then it sets during cooking, sealing in all the moisture.
