how do you remove the ad free banner from bottom of screen cant watch anything with this on it does not go off after a while

Are there a lot of adverts on ITVX. The Hub used to do my head in so I wouldn’t watch anything on it.

i had an ad blocker on chrome uBlock origin in my case ,i shut it off and it worked, no banner
