I'm really not bothering today and I doubt OH will be eating anything unless his sleep provides a miraculous recovery. I've just been to Spar and fetched a fresh baguette which I will probably have with tuna and salad later.

I'd love to know what everyone else is having though...

Good afternoon lcg, I’m doing a Sunday roast , the weather is dull yet my washing is blowing on the line,
Doing the works , beef, Yorkshire’s and 3 veg then maybe some rhubarb crumble and custard

That sounds delicious, Bobbi, and I was quite impressed with your Yorkshires when you posted a photo on here. I will definitely be doing a nice dinner when the kitchen finally gets fitted. He and FIL put up the Brick Slips yesterday on the one wall and it's looking great :-)

Sounds lovely, Sharon. I actually have a leg of lamb that's down in my mother's freezer. I hope she'll be bringing it up for me in a few weeks' time when she comes to see what we've done to the house.

I'm toying with the idea of making a nice soup. I have lots of peppers, onions and tomatoes to use up.

Lamb burgers roast potatoes mushrooms & broccoli.
The man in my life can't chew or swallow meat but can manage a burger.
Chocolate roulard for dessert. Just eaten so its Sunday afternoon snooze time.

Chicken fajitas with sour cream, salsa and guacamole. Ummmm - the cider sauce sounds nice. Is it sweet? (I don`t like anything that is sweet with savoury)
