'Terry Boyle' has been 'featured' in LOD throughout. The role was originally played by Elliott Rosen (Series 1) but when the character was re-introduced in Series 5, Tommy Jessop took over. He also plays the role in Series 6.
Zebo, Jackie Laverty's body was found in seasons 5 in the same place as John Corbett's body.
It utterly befuddled me - mainly because I cannot remember any of the previous series. I shall have to binge watch them as a matter of urgency.
I've just literally lost the plot. Kept asking OH questions and he rapidly showed signs of annoyance, so I stopped. Don't think I can go through all the other series. I have a short attention span these days.
I'm not sure Fleming has left AC12. I think she has gone undercover but Arnott doesn't know or he wouldn't have asked her to go undercover to help him.
I could be wrong of course;-)
Thanks Ken. Wasn't sure.

I also think she has gone undercover undercover!
I dunno what you mean by PC12 theshhhhh, the fact it featured a lesbian?
not had very good reviews

yeah Jackie Lavatory (*) was a whole body in one freezer and in bits and pieces in a later freezer looked over by a Downs Lad. Thanks for pointing it out

and yeah - AC12 girl Spungo - Fleming I mean - yeah I thought was undercover and her cover story was - - - - "I used to be undercover but now I am not!" - kinda wonky but still coviddy
(*) I regret very much to report that we used to call a benedictine monk ( titular Bishop of Ely) Fr brendan Lavery - "Fr Brengun Lavatory".
He er wasnt averse to hitting us
when I was 8 - cd have been worse I suppose
and now whenever I hear Jackie name I think of him
I thought some of the acting last night was dire. I fell asleep after about 10 mins.
It just isn't as good as it thinks it is. If you want a great police drama, watch Spiral.
I think Davidson boss is the bent one, not Davidson. I will continue to watch but did think last night's episode was a bit bitty
I, too, enjoyed Spiral immensely, brainiac, but it isn't a path on LOD, imvho. In fact, if Ted Hastings and crew were to investigate the team on Spiral, none would be in a job by the end of the week :-))
Someone on Twitter reckoned there was a family connection between Davidson and Tommy Hunter.
For path, read patch - but you knew that didn't you :-)
Fleming must be undercover as she would have recognised Terry Boyle. She would have known the flat and the significance of the fridge. Instead, she said nothing.
I don't think she ever met Terry or went to his flat. Two uniformed officers went to his flat in season 1 but they didn't listen to him or take him seriously and left.

I need to get out more...........!
if i need to remember what happened in season one, i think i'll give it a miss
I thought the first episode was pretty ordinary. I hope it picks up otherwise I may give it up. I don't think much of the new female DI either.
// if i need to remember what happened in season one, i think i'll give it a miss//

Jackie Lavertry passes thro a freezer whole and then ends up in Terrys freezer sort of in bits and pieces. So far not central to the plot.

Critics have said its a bit of a dog
