unbelievable, they couldn't control a cat? Just grab it by the scruff and shove it in cupboard somewhere! Gawd if they can't cope with a cat how would they cope with a rat arised holiday maker?
Seems Cat & Captain were at cross purr-pusses.
Calm down Del, you'll be havin' a connery.

TTT has clearly never tried to catch a cat that doesn't want to be caught! If I can get flea treatment onto the back of one of my cats' necks within three days of starting to try, I reckon I've done darned well. It usually takes me at least a week to catch a cat and hold it still for just a few moments.

The staff at my local vets' have told me that the majority of appointments for cats turn out to be no-shows, simply because their owners (slaves?) aren't able to catch them at the right times!

I took my darling Princess Merlin to the Vet for her booster. It was the second last visit before she died.

The lovely Greek Vet charmed her and let her out of her carrier. Everything was going well until she lunged at him and I got my arm between them.

The Vet told me just too put her down onto the table. The only reason I was still attached to her was that she had her teeth stuck in my arm and she was dangling from my arm.

There was blood all over the place. I left the vet after medical treatment.

Pound for pound Cats are more dangerous than dogs.
Wolf, oohhh! That must have been painful. Funny though.... :-)
I'm still laughing at the thought of TTT thinking that a cat can easily be controlled.

Tigger, did you get your Zoom problem sorted?

No Susan, but he's back at school next week so all good :o)

You have to make a 'how to catch your cat' plan way in advance of a vet visit. The number of cat fights and blood letting I had to endure when following this process was numerous. (My blood, not the cats!)
