I guess the Federation doesnt have a retirement policy as Patrick is 79 years old. I hope its better than ST:Discovery as that was dismal for many reasons.

I wasn't struck on discovery either....cannot wait to see Picard though....hope Jonathan Frakes makes an appearance

Star Trek: Section 31 (A Discovery spin off series)
Short Treks - Short Discovery episodes
Adult Animated Star Trek Series
Kids Animated Star Trek Series.

The Reboot Film series, film 4 is currently on hold because its British Director, SJ Clarkson is now working on the Game of Thrones prequel series.
