I recently watched the film "Happiness" I loved it, but i was just wondering what other people thought of it.

I loved it, but finding other fans is proving a challenge! In fact, after recommending it to a friend, at the end of the film, her boyfriend announced that I was no longer welcome in their house! Why is it that films which are slow and dark with no explosions/car chases are so ignored?
