Only saw the last 20 mins of this last night - but, I certainly wouldn't want to work for that guy. Parading would be employees in front of everyone and shouting out to them "should we take on this lovely good looking young Welsh girl" and them all shouting their response! I wasn't sure if it was a 'spoof' fly on the wall, but I think it was actually real, as in the credits it was just the narrators name and not any 'actors'.

That was a target driven call centre where you achieve or exceed targets you get rewards - I sometimes wish we could introduce such schemes into our callcentre.
Didn't watch it - the adverts for it were enough to put me off! can't stand these reality programmes.

Not my idea of job satisfaction - or being ogled at my potential colleagues.

Only saw the interview and clip they showed on 'Breakfast'
He would drive me mad, egotistic or what?
Call centres are a different kettle of fish - not everyone can work in call centres but they can be a good laugh!

If it is a case of being on the dole or working then work

It seemed to me he fancied himself as a Ricky Gervais 'Office' person - I didn't like that either funnily enough haha!
in the words of the aforemention RG on twitter......that programme is a tribunal waiting to happen.

It just showed me that in order to get a job, which is better than being on handouts, some people have to lose their minds. How anyone can work for that man and remain sane is beyond me.
