Morning, NoMercy. Luxuriating in not having to fetch the daughter from the airport; taking her out there was enough. Didn't somebody ask yesterday whether the Post was working? Just realised that I haven't been minded to negotiate the drive to dig the postbox out and see; it surely is snowed up, if the rest of this place is a guide! Must get out more. Still, I took the Christmas tree down; well, I had someone coming to fit curtains in there and I don't want anyone else to think me eccentric.

It's snowing so I've salted the drive. We've just had two power cuts. The first one while I was in the shower. Typical! If it wasn't for the bad luck I wouldn't have any! :o}

Morning, NoM, Bernie, Boaty & Fred. No more snow up here but by crikey it's f*****g cold!!! The mountains had some more night before last and during yesterday morning and they look absolutely gorgeous - but that's as far as I want the snow to come, thank you very much!
