I don't really care about the house as long as it has no neighbours.

A shark and piranha filled moat to stop people getting near might be nice though.

a rural idyll, not too far from the sea, has to have at least 4 bedrooms
one very large one for me, large country kitchen, i have it all mapped out in fact, no awful barn conversions either, all that wasted space. Plus enough land to have an animal sanctuary. Inglenook fireplace, wood burning, cosy feel with oak beams in the lounge, spacious.. separate room for washing machine, tumble drier, freezer, and a small box room for the boots, shoes when back from the country walks.
I have more requirements but that would do for now.
