I was about to go out and get some lunch , then remembered that i have not got any cash on me .

I'm too bashful to ask any of my colleagues to lend me some cash .

2. Got any suggestions for me for tea later on ,to look forward to ; to help keep my mind off these hunger pangs ?

I really really can never understand why people don't literally have at least £1 in their pockets. It baffles me no end. Particularly that fact you work. I have never in my life had an empty pocket I would be too embarrassed and proud to ask for money.
