My sister's 78, she went on a zip wire a couple of weeks ago.

I would have gone piggyback with Mr (Balloon-man) Baumgarten but I hear he has already landed. Tut. Maybe check out Richard Branson for a trip in space.

Great ideas thank you. Pogo Dudes is just up our street. Have done various driving ones.....diggers....blindfold.....speed etc.
Camping is a no-no.....need my hair dryer and other pluggy in things but the book is full of ideas for my day to day life and should I need to hire mercenary.

Love the ice-axe......perfect colour for my kitchen.
I did a PADDI scuba diving course to 54ft below in open water when I was 58 yrs old followed by camel riding then abselling down really scarey gorges (in Australia) - does this help with suggestions?

Hi....we've done the scuba diving but next year looks good so far. Lots planned but I really want to do the gliding, caving, white water rafting at the Olympic site and Coasteering in South Wales....that sounds fantastic. Has anyone done it? It's new to me.
ice caving under a glacier - where in Britain, well that is a little difficult.

DT. I'm not going under any glacier! Have just googled Coasteering. What a great adventure! Not sure how many of our lot will be up for it....a bit of an expensive one.... but I hope enough to do it. x
