Is it that nasty cold thingy that's going around or the nasty tummy bug that's going around? Or is it full blown flu in which case you need to take to your bed and do nothing except ring a bell and have things brought to you... or so I'm given to understand, never actually had it.

I've had a rotten bout of flu this last week, spent 3 days hardly moving off the sofa, i think as we get older it takes longer to get over the simple things, and you're older than me........
