just had a thought that maybe Rowan will be awake but having a 'lie-in' so to speak (oh, she is goig to slap me if she reas this)

I hate waking up a couple of hours before the alarm goes off, it's a case of 'do you struggle to go back to sleep and sleep thhrough the alarm' or just lie there for ages until it goes off?

lol alba. If you wake up early, just relax and let your mind wander to lovely place you've been and lovely things you've done. That's what I do.

I don't mind listening to Mike Graham on Talksport if I do wake up too early, there are other presenters who make me want to throw the radio out of the window tho.

One of my most favourite thoughts is the sunset on Ardnamurchan Point. Brother, it was absoloooooootely beautiful. Words could never do it justice.

The canal thingy is coming on well alba, it's keeping me busy. Today I'm having lunch with my boat crew, at our favourite pun on the canal bank.
