For the first time today I actually saw some girls shopping in their pyjamas (had heard of it but never encountered it - still don't understand the point of it). What have you seen or heard for the first time recently?

haven't seen this Sherr, but it must be the 'trend' now..lol

But surely they have to get up, take off their pyjamas, put on underwear and then put the pyjamas back on it. All a bit affected really. Might as well get a t-shirt saying 'Look at Me!'.
exactly !
it's been in the news so they think "Hang on, we can do this"
How do you know they were wearing underwear...?
Maybe that's the idea sher. The Tesco in my area has a sign that says NO PJ's allowed.

Well, I don't, just assumed - they had a face of slap on though.
Not everyone is goes commando under their jammies, I always wear knickers (except in the bath/shower obviously).
My hairdresser, very young and only lives a few doors away, always turns up in her pyjamas and sometimes with bare feet.
I can remember years ago, women popping to the corner shop in their slippers,,
What????, I would die rather than do that..lol

These two were strolling round Asda, very odd behaviour.
saw an older woman in full night attire in the Coop yesterday afternoon ...she didn't look nice at all... her dressing gown filthy

I see allsorts round here! There were loads of morris dancers about town the other weekend.
Oh I think it's horrible.. Girls come into the shop all the time in their pj's. It doesn't take much effort to shove a pair of jeans on does it!? I also see a lot of women coming in with rollers in looking for false lashes or nails... usually getting ready for a wedding or something :) that I don't mind lol
I dont really have an opinion on it, where I used to live quite a lot of people used to go to the shop in pj's (I used to live near the shop so I would see them)

I have seen much worse attire in the street
Question Author
They didn't have coats or dressing gowns over the top, just the pj's. I can understand a mad dash to the corner shop first thing on a work morning, but casually strolling round Asda seems a bit contrived.
it's class Sherr, it's class! :0(...LOL

I must be getting old.
