Why does 2 litres of water make you pee more than 2 litres of pepsi max?

Islay, when you say "more" do you mean the actual quantity of urine produced or the number of times you have the urge to urinate? Either way, I have no idea; however, I think you should specify your meaning.

The frequency I am attending the toilet has increased somewhat to every hour with a very full bladder. Whereas when I was drinking pepsi max I only went every 3-4 hours.

The sugar in Pepsi turns to fat - it needs water to do this.

Its cleaner and goes straight through, taking the toxins with it. Pepsi max on the other hand, hangs around getting absorbed in to your blood stream,working on your diabetes and destroying your heart!

The sugar and sodium in carbonated colas can have a dehydrating effect on some people. Water will always rehydrate you.

Sir Oracle I can drink more than 2 litres in a day - but I have to drink water and I appear to be drinking it in the same quantities I would the pepsi!! its very 'draining'!!!

Islay - no matter what these companies say about no sugar in Pepsi Max - there is aspartame - quite bad.

Coca Cola Zero etc - all have a certain amount of sugar.

A friend of mine died in August - he dranks buckets and buckets of Pepsi Max over the years resulting in very bad diabetes and amputations.

Please stick to the water for your own good. I hardly drink fizzy drinks but do consumer a lot of water.

Well Jomi - a friend of mine many years ago when she was rearing her children - more or less said aspartame led to hyperactivity. Just going on her word.
