carrying on from other questions. GBH/bail just want to know what anyone would do in my position now i've had a complaint put against me trying to start fights with the victims family which i don't relly understand because i didn't do nothing to him or try anything, i've been hit by a friend of this family, started on by the son outside my local pub, started on by the victim while in a nightclub and his son recently on friday tried getting me kicked out of a pub by telling bouncers im a big time drug dealer should i report all this or just let it go so it does not cause anymore hassle or put in my own complaints also is this all likely to be brought up in court ???

Maybe it's too late at night but this seems a bit garbled to me. A bit of punctuation would make this easier to follow.

Ah, you mean your other questions form May and June.
The above posting seems to me to be just your side of the story.
What exactly are you now asking?

Inform the police and your solicitor..

bit i didn't add spoke to police officer dealing with the situation and they spoke to me like crap told me if they hear anymore i will get arrested and when i tried telling her myside of the story she didn't want to listen
Well I suggest you just mention it all to your solicitor then.
Yep - make sure your solicitor knows the full story of what's still going on. He's there to represent you - don't keep telling the police, from what you say they are getting fed up with it - your solicitor is there to represent you.
Question Author
i logged everything with my soliciter but they said theres not alot that can be done, i have not mentioned anything to the police yet so they can't be fed up just don't give a crap more like
At 14.13 you said " i have not mentioned anything to the police yet so they can't be fed up just don't give a crap more like "

But earlier at 00:27 you had said you "spoke to police officer dealing with the situation and they spoke to me like crap told me if they hear anymore i will get arrested and when i tried telling her myside of the story she didn't want to listen "

So I'm not really following this.

yeah tried and failed, i asked to make a complaint and she would not listen to me! spoke to me like Sugar so i didn't really tell her anything
well i would like to set the record straight for these un informed users on this forum jg18!! you were on a lads night out, and was causing hassle in all the pubs you went into that night, the one you were thrown out of was for causing a fight in. the man you hit is 63!!! you were charged with intent because you hit him, then walked away, then went back and stamped on his head and leg!!! INTENTIONALLY CAUSING GREVIOUS BODILY HARM!!! its a good the man dropped the charge to GBH to get it over and done with. and i feel you are very lucky only to be given 12 months. oh, by the way, the compensation charge will hit you when you are out in a year!! HAPPY XMAS!!!!
