Breaking Window, criminal damage?

Me and my partner had a agrument and i ended up breaking her kitchen window and she called the police and i was arrested and put on bail and given conditions not to contact her or go within 100mtrs of her house. we have since kissed and made up, what can my partner do to get the conditions and or charges dropped? the case has been referred to the cps.

She can retract her statement however this will still be used in court. If she has not made a statement, she SHOULD NOT!

If she has, she should not attend court, if she is summonsed, she should turn up and say: Good morning to you and your colleagues. You will note that I have completed the requirements of my summons and I will now leave the building.

They cannot force her to give evidence. You should not under any circumstances admit to breaking the window. Without evidence or witnessess, the CPS will have to offer no evidence.

DO NOT BREAK YOUR BAIL CONDITIONS. THIS IN ITSELF IS AN IMPRISONABLE OFFENCE AND WILL ALWAYS BE PROSECUTED!

I agree "sara3" until the next time. These people waste police time by their continual domestics.
Hi H you refer to your lady as your partner, if this is the case then you must be living in the same house, if that is the case you cant be prosecuted for criminal damage as you are part owner of the window.
