Does the role you are applying for have a list of Key Competencies? Is it to be a competency based interview do you know? Any other assessments likely?

hi thanks for getting back to me
No it doesnt have a list of competency based questions therefore i presume its not a competency based interview.
On the letter inviting me for an interview it just said that i would have to do a numerecy and literecy test again im presuming it will just be basic math and english,
I was just wondering if anybody had attended an interview for student pharm tech. and what i should expect
thanks again
if you have anything else that may help me in my interview please get back to me
The maths and verbal reasoning tests i have done recently have not been too taxing .... I get the impression it's more important to be accurate/correct rather than to finish answering everything.
AM not in your line of work so can't be more specific but really hope you do well, stay cool and calm and don't be afraid to leave a question and ask to come back to it - I interview a lot for new staff and this always makes he think more of the candidate and shows they are thoughtful and considered rather than just leaping in the standard stock answer.
Good luck
