Wonder if anyone can help me out.

We had a washing machinde installed on Saturday and everytime it goes on to the high speed spin cycle the thing wants to relocate itself on the the otherside of the kitchen.

The legs are all firmly touching the floor and I have jammed cardboard on each side to prevent ot from vibrating so much.

Are there any other ways to make sure it stays still in the place it should be?

sounds like an unbalanced load - or maybe the internal stabilising weights not correctly located/installed
hi when i had mine delivered and installed it did the same.

found out that they had forgot to take out the transit blots at the back. these were four bolts in the back that were in to keep everything stable while it was moved and should have been removed on installation. they were labled on the instruction book.

have a look!
depends on the brand, which brand is it?

Its is a beko. Would the drum still be able to turn with the transit bolts in then?
