my last employer is still not paying me my final wage, despite phone contact and written correspondance i receive no answer. their reason for dismissal was gross misconduct to which i had no chance of proper reply, only being told they had statements to which i was not shown, nor read out about.

If the case is at ACAS why are you contacting them.

They will not enter into direct contact unless it is a legal matter from your solicitor.
