Can anyone please provide a free downloadable NDA (applicable under English Law) for my use? I wish to provide data to a "business angel" firm (where I am an individual and a non-company) and wish them to sign an NDA

Difficult to get a 'standard' confidentiality agreement because there are so many variables. Googling for 'confidentiality agreement templates' brings up a lot of samples, from which you may be able to tailor your own.

www.freelanceuk.com looks promising.

If this is an idea that you think is brilliant and could potentially make you a lot of money (and an idea that could be replicated by someone else), I really would urge you to use a solicitor to check over the NDA.
