I have been charged with a assault on doorman/scecurity person. Im pleading not guilty as i was pushed from behind knocked into the wall and swing round and caught on the ear. Unfortunatley for me this was done on a local football derby day and I have been treated the same as the real trouble makers even the police told me im unlucky. I have never been in trouble before am aged mid forties and run a business that employs 15 people. Am I looking at a jail sentenance?
To be honest very scared.
