I have found the details of the case I am interested (which court, etc) how can I find out further details about what's happening with the case? Under 'status' it just says the case was started. Can I find out more about the actual charge, etc? (I have found this on the Law Pages.) Thanks.

Hi, the sites that you can access are rather limited but they will give you the simple facts at each stage. I used:- www.incourts.co.uk (incourts.co.uk/Daily/Wednesday etc) and courtserve.net. With best wishes X
