I have been bailed on fraud.
I'd like to know if I'm going to jail..
They think I intercepted a parcel from a delivery company, rang them up changed the address etc..
I go back in September to police station.
Advice plz I'm so scared

Question 2 - What evidence do they have
no way of predicting this without knowing the details of the allegations, and what your story is. My guess is no, unless it's very serious; but other better informed people may come along and give you better advice. In the meantime, getting yourself a lawyer is probably a good idea though.

They left me go on bail to do further investigations...
No I didn't. It's over a mobile phone the shop I sold it to did an insurance scam on Apple to get a new one...
Apparently the phone was courier delivered and signed for, unsure what name, they are waiting for courier to get back to confirm whether it was a male or female and whether they came out of the house to sign or sign at the door...
I am scared I might be going to court then jail. I have been given a warning for violence many years ago but that's only time I have been in trouble....
Thankyou all for answering my questions, just want an honest answer of possible, I refused a solicitor thinking I didn't need one when innocent

Hello could you explain a little?
They came and arrested me an gave me the police speech.
I don't think they are friends I think they are young an new to the service.
The man I sold it to owns a small backstreet shop it happened in April.
