i am quite a reserved guy not very imposing but clean smart polite and curteous, by no means have gift of the gab, but have been given a job in sales so they must have liked certain things but im just wondering will they expect miracles from me? i mean i can only be me and thats been enough so far, but will i lose out comission wise if i dont raise my game

yes, they will. In sales you are a hero if you keep selling, slow down and you are the spawn of Satan. Miracles are standard the impossible is expected.
