i started off in a sandwich shop near to where i lived - it helped me gain confidence in speaking to people, develop customer service skills and most importantly helped me through last year of school for paying for nights out days out with friends. although at 15 the pay won't be fantastic it is work experience that you can put on a cv which will show your willing to work and pay your way which will be good for future employment.

Shoe shops, clothes shops, bakeries, local newsagents and even hair/beauty salons take on at 15. It may only be making tea and coffee and helping with the customers but its still work!

hope you get work soon :)

My first job at 15 was in a local hotel, waitressing. My friend did the same from 14, so you could try there?

you could try your local pub/resturant as a waitress

Do you get free papers through your letter box? if so, contact the company and you'll be put in contact with the distributor for your area. For only a couple of hours work a week you can get a good rate of pay especially if there are leaflets to deliver too (all bonus).

Good luck!

Seeking a challenging and rewarding position in a reputable organization where my skills can be fully utilized while gaining and sharing new experiences and knowledge.

My daughter's friend has worked in a bakers shop since the age of 14. She does 07:00 to 13:00 each Saturday. The pay is poor - not even minimum wage, because she is under age.

If you find something, try not to overcommit yourself as you still need to spend some time studying.

Good lucky. It's great to want to be independent.
