I'm a little unclear about what 'police action' is proposed? If all you have done is have a conversation with someone, without witnessess, it's your word against the photographer's, so I wouldn't worry about it. This sounds like an ampty threat, so ignore it, and don;t eaxcerbate the situation by advising anything along the lines of "Bring it on..." - just leave it alone.

Done for what?

Theres no law against pretending to be someone else unless you use their identity to commit a crime (fraud or the like). Tell the "photographer" to get on with it. The police (if he ever bothers to complain) will probably charge him with wasting their time!

Are you sure it is what she wants?

from looking closely at the wording of your last 3 posts it seems to be you who wants her to be a model and your trying to push her into it - why did you speak for her? why do you want ideas on how you can start her career for her?

do you think this is a meal ticket for you?

jibjab, looking at your other questions, looks like you and your bird have been in a bit of bother recently!

Let you g/f do her own job hunting and find out things her own way mate
