An East Lothian couple rushed their Staffordshire Bull Terier Dog to the Vets today, after they came down stairs, this morning to find the dog had eaten most of the Christmas decorations.

A spokes person at the vets said "the Dog is being kept in for observation, as he is suffering from tinselitis"
