Mmmm, that is still relatively new - what's the guarantee on a Bosch? Whatever, I would certainly write to them and have a moan......you never know, you may be surprised but "if you don't ask, you don't get".

I had a Bosch boiler...great til the engineer mucked it up during a service. Cost me a fortune in heating and to fix it myself. They told me it wasn't warming the radiators because it was a cold winter and the water coming in was very, very cold. Must have thought I was as green as my passport.
Mind you, my first phone call to them was answered....You're through to Worcester Bosch...how can I help? I heard it as...You're through to Mr. Bosch how can I help?
Jeez...that's a bit twee I though but called the lad Mr. Bosch all through the conversation. He probably thought I was batty.
