Good morning to you all. I was wakened at silly o'clock and advised that my boss was starving as he hadn't eaten since last night. One sachet of Felix later he stomped off back to bed. No idea where his sister is - she will turn up later demanding food.

I woke up because OH was sharing my pillow and got a bit grumpy when I told him to move (still asleep so I let him off)

My cat has never woken me up to be fed. He tends to sleep in even after all of us are up. Lazy git!!

Hope you are all well? Enjoy the bank holiday and stay away from the grockles. We've got a ton of them in Brighton at the moment. The only drawback of summer is the fact that, living by the sea, we are inundated with grockles every weekend.

Morning to those of you who have joined - yes it's all over the news down here as well, nobody seems to know what exactly caused it. One 51 year old man and his 8 year old daughter dead, two or three more in hospital with "life-changing" injuries.
